勝又智光による水彩墨画を展示いたします。
グラフィックデザイナーとしての経験をバックグラウンドに、
“気韻”をテーマにした、水彩や水墨などのミクスト作品を制作。
水を操り、線や面、顔料自体を通して、“気”そのものの表現を試みています。
大胆で力強くかつ自由な表現は、武術における“観の眼”にも通じる視点から生み出されたものです。
心よりご来廊をお待ちしております。

勝又智光（かつまたともみつ） 1965年東京生まれ。
美大卒業後、広告制作プロダクションにてグラフィックデザイナー、アートディレクターを経て、
1991年自身のデザイン事務所設立。
グラフィック制作を主に活躍しつつ、インターネットにも活動の幅を拡げる。
また、パフォーマンスイベントやコミッションワーク等でも活動。
2001年から自身の作品制作を開始。
2002年個展（吉祥寺）
2003年士画展・企画実施（吉祥寺）

Tomomistu Katumata is holding an exhibition of watercolor-India Ink arts.

Kastumata produces fine mixed-media works with watercolor and India Ink in theme of “Ki-in (harmonized Chi)” with background of graphic designing as his life work.

By controlling water, Kastumata is challenging to express “chi” itself through lines, areas and colors.

His dynamic, strong, and liberal expression comes from “Kan-no-Me (not seeing or watching details but as whole appearance and movements)” of Japanese marshal arts.

Biography:
Tomomistu Kastumata (Born in Tokyo, 1965)
Kastumata established his own designing company in 1991, after graduating a fine arts university, and had experiences in graphic designing and art directing.
His graphic arts production as his main life work, Kastumata also expands his interest in the internet, and launches performance events and commission-works.
